∎ Design and develop tour packages for clients traveling to various destinations, including itinerary planning and selection of travel services.
∎ Research and identify attractive destinations, accommodations, and activities.
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with international suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and local tour operators.
∎ Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and rates.
∎ Promote tour packages through various marketing channels, such as social media, travel fairs, and direct marketing.
∎ Develop promotional materials and sales strategies to attract clients.
∎ Manage the booking process for flights, hotels, and other services as part of the tour package.
∎ Coordinate with international partners to ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements.
∎ Provide clients with detailed information about their travel plans, including visa requirements, travel insurance, and destination details.
∎ Offer support before, during, and after the trip to address any issues or changes.
∎ Assist clients with the preparation of necessary travel documents, such as visas and travel insurance.
∎ Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complies with international travel regulations.
∎ Handle unexpected issues or emergencies that may arise during the trip, such as flight cancellations or medical emergencies.
∎ Provide clients with solutions and support in case of any disruptions.
∎ Gather feedback from clients about their travel experiences and use it to improve tour offerings.
∎ Monitor the quality of services provided and work on enhancing the overall client experience.

∎ Assist tourists upon arrival, addressing any immediate needs or concerns and ensuring a smooth transition to their planned activities.
∎ Local Coordination:
∎ Work with local vendors and partners to ensure high-quality service and accurate delivery of tour elements.
∎ Resolve any issues that arise during the tour, such as delays or service problems.
