Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) / Interior Architecture from any reputed University.
∎ Shanto Mariam University of Creative Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for architectural working drawings including all details for architectural interior projects.
∎ To develop concepts and detailed design and drawings.
∎ To prepare 3D design as per Instruction of the Management. Guide other associate Team Members.
∎ Creating realistic 3d models and working drawing by computer-aided design (SketchUp, Auto CAD, 3D Studio MAX with V-Ray Render (High quality Photo realistic image) Lumion and Photoshop).
∎ To oversee all design phases. Specifically, space plans, furniture layouts, conceptual design, design development, detailed design in addition to the preparation of a detailed schedule, specification of works and lastly all other construction-related documentation.
∎ Liaison with Architect, Civil Construction Team & check the drawing for construction.
∎ Drafting the details working drawing.
∎ Preparing and Maintaining Schedule of Project's Design & Presentation.
∎ To make Architectural physical Model for better visualization.
∎ Any Other Design related duties assigned by Principal Architect or Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Sufficient knowledge about interior design.
∎ Ability to produce creative and technically sound interior architectural schemes.
∎ Experience in managing large-scale design / space, technical design, construction, renovation, refurbishment and remodeling projects.
∎ Skills Required: Sketchup with photo-realistic 3D rendering, Auto CAD, 2D, 3D, Lumion, Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
