Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing store strategies to raise customers' pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
∎ Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
∎ Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories
∎ Formulate pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends
∎ Secure merchandise by implementing security systems and measures
∎ Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
∎ Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements
∎ Determine marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records
∎ Managing the store, both retail & company, inventory, including loss preservation
∎ Receipt of incoming goods, Inspection of all receipts
∎ Storage and preservation
∎ Identification of all materials stored, Materials handling
∎ Packaging, Issue and dispatch
∎ Maintenance of stock record, Stores accounting
∎ Inventory control
Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role.
∎ Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
∎ Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Minimum 02 years professional experience in relevant field.
∎ Detail-oriented.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
