Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure best practices and meeting quality and compliance standards to achieve key results.
∎ Follow-up and monitor all functions of the Inventory management.
∎ Ensure foreign & Local GRN functions, Proper inventory tracking, receiving, storage and products movements.
∎ Prepare the inventory report after checking the Raw Material's in-house status and provide to the concern person.
∎ Follow up Purchase Order, Inventory and ensure all in-house activities properly.
∎ Maintain stock re-order level for materials availability as per Production plan and materials requirement.
∎ As per production requirement supply and distribute the raw materials on time.
∎ Ensure the inventory accuracy, Housekeeping, Warehouse cleanliness, safety and security.
∎ Supervise all employees of warehouse and proper management of manpower activities.
∎ Receive local and imported materials and deliver to other units physically.
∎ Maintain accurate stock and supply according to FIFO basis.
∎ Follow up BIN Card updating and always keep accurate physical inventory and match with ERP Tally software.
∎ Ensure employee’s safety as per compliance.
∎ Conduct Monthly 100% physical counting of inventory.
∎ Ensure all the entries in ERP software and closing at the end of the month.
∎ Need co-operation and co-ordination with Production, Commercial, Inventory Logistics and all other concern departments.
∎ Maintain effective communication with all suppliers and vendors for delivering the materials.
∎ Responsible for the overall store operations.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
