Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.In-charge of material planning & monitoring of CABLE.
∎ 2.Raw material planning of Cable Wire & Brass Product.
∎ 3.Assist in the development, implementation, analysis and coordination of the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
∎ 4.Release raw materials order based on material requirements planning (MRP) & Economic Order Quantity (EOQ).
∎ 5. PR, PO, LC status checking of released raw materials order.
∎ 6.Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production consulting with production team & other departments to un-interrupt production line.
∎ 7.Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns & report to operations head.
∎ 8.Ensuring minimum stock levels of every RM.
∎ 9.Monitor & manage inventory levels to meet minimum inventory holding days.
∎ 10.Find out slow & non-moving items & try to minimize those stock.
∎ 11.Monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) to manage raw material order, inventory accuracy & give notification to concern.
∎ 12.Analyze data and collaborate with CBO & DCBO to determine and apply appropriate ordering, inventory, and replenishment policies.
∎ 13.Create regular statistical reports and analysis and update to others related to RM order.
