Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Operation & Maintenance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth operation for particular shift.
∎ Monitor production process parameter and control manpower.
∎ Make preventive maintenance plan and proper execution as per SOP.
∎ Overall Condition monitoring and report management time to time.
∎ Ensure quality of the finished product as per standard.
∎ Maintain proper communication through all channels.
∎ To handle all kinds of production & maintenance work efficiently & effectively.
∎ Supervising shift maintenance (During Shifting Duties).
∎ Distribution of task among the non-management employees.
∎ Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures.
∎ Be able to work in stressful situations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ 02- 04 years experience in Oxygen plant.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good interpersonal skills & hardworking.
∎ Must be adjustable with factory environment & able to do shifting duty.
∎ Smart, energetic & hard working candidates are preferable.
∎ Excellent computer skills in MS Office & MS Excel.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
