Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery /BSc in Nursing with valid BNC Registration.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision, monitoring and evaluation of the nursing services rendered by all nurses of the hospital.
∎ Ensure smooth handover of charges by nurses working in different shift.
∎ Formulate recommendation for the improvement of quality of services rendered by nurses.
∎ Manage nurses internal administrative work together with preparation of duty roster, overtime schedule and distribution of duty during holidays.
∎ Keep the concerned executive and Director (when necessary) updated with the implemented and pending matters after the hospital round is over.
∎ Submit a comprehensive monitoring report (of regular services performed by the nurses) to the authority on a regular basis.
∎ Keep in touch with administration in order to avail the requirements of the nursing department.
∎ Remain vigilant on the clinical status of each & every patient confined in the hospital, know the problem, address the problems , ensure delivery of essential commodities, medication, treatment and elimination of dissatisfaction during the course of confinement.
∎ Ensure preoperative preparation and observation of all surgical patient.
∎ Ensure post-operative comprehensive care and follow up for all surgical patient.
∎ Ensure sending the investigation, collecting report and correctly compiling these in the file and entering in the register (when required)
∎ Remain always aware of five medication ( a. Right patient, b. Right time, c. Right medicine, d. Right dose & right route/ way).
∎ Maintain all equipment in ward/cabin /floor in good condition and order, ensure availability of medical and surgical materials e.g (gauze, bandage, spirit, cotton, antiseptic) in proper place.
∎ Ensure proper safety, maintenance and utilization of all medical equipment and prevent misuse of them .
∎ Ensure maintaining appropriate accounts sheet for oxygen, incubator, nebulization, syringe pump, monitor etc. used by the patients.
∎ Promptly inform the administration to take immediate necessary steps to ensure cleanliness (if required) of the hospital.
∎ Ensure perfect compliance of the instructions of consultants in respect of the treatment of patients.
∎ Do any others duties as required by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ At least 3 years as In charge Nurse/Nursing Supervisor.
∎ Age 30 to 35 years on 15 March 2022 (Age limit may be relaxed for deserving candidates)

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
