∎ Strong experience in LT, HT, and EHV cable manufacturing is essential.
∎ Educational background requirements will be flexible for individuals with extensive experience.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare daily, monthly & yearly production plan based on sales forecast and available raw materials and monitor to execute the plan.
∎ Capacity planning and suggest/demand required resources (manpower, machines, space etc.).
∎ Ensure standard operating procedure (sop) for every products and processes.
∎ Calculate standard allocated minutes (SAM)and use line balancing tools to get optimum line setup allocating manpower.
∎ Ensure agronomical process flow for operators/workers and ensure safety tools and equipment.
∎ BOM verification and continuously monitor physical and EBS stock to minimize deviation.
∎ Establish KAIZEN as a habit for continuous improvement throughout the production floor.
∎ Any other task assign by HOD.
