∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop / improve predictive, preventive and major maintenance plan for HVAC System and Equipment.
∎ To provide leadership to the departmental staff and maintain and manage the facility and support to the equipment for minimizing failure.
∎ To provide technical support to the supervisors and technicians to carry out complex troubleshooting of plant problems and recommend corrective measures for modifications or renovations.
∎ To put up demand note or requisition for materials, spare parts and equipment and advice required stock levels with material's descriptions and provide suggestions for alternatives.
∎ To ensure the safety and environment regulations as applicable.
∎ Other jobs as assigned by the Management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 8 to 10 years practical work experiences in Central Air Conditioning System, and O&M with Building Management System (BMS).
∎ Good knowledge of installation, commissioning, maintenance and trouble shooting of a variety of equipments in HVAC System.
∎ Should have practical knowledge about HVAC System designing and Cooling Load Calculation, ducting and chilled water pipe sizing.
∎ Knowledge on quality of air supplied in OTs and critical area of Hospital.
∎ Should have knowledge about clean room.
∎ Ability to speak, write and communicate effectively in Bangla and English.
∎ Excellent analytical & leadership skills.
∎ Proficient in using computer i.e. MS Office, Excel, AutoCAD
Salary: Negotiable
