∎ B.Sc in ME/ MME/ MSE form any reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: Monitoring and Quality Control, Quality Control Engineer
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Experience in Steel and Metal Fabrication, Manufacturing and Quality, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, Quality Control Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as a In-Charge of Quality Management (Fastener Product)
∎ Liable to ensure maximum quality for Fastener Product in In-house, Export and Bangladesh Market with minimal failure.
∎ Monitoring all kinds of departmental activities such as manpower management; approval authorities and decision making; budget implementation and cost control.
∎ Intra and inter departmental communication.
∎ Develop Quality Strategy & Plan for improvement to achieve the target.
∎ Ensuring QMS and MSA.
∎ Report to higher authority and establish the decisions.
∎ To perform the role in existing different committee as per the position.
∎ Any other task given from Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in metal forming operations.
∎ In depth understanding of Technical issues.
∎ Work experience with of ISO, DIN, JIS etc standards.
∎ Must have strong knowledge on 7QC Tools, Kaizen, PDCA, Six-Sigma, Lean, TQM, AQL etc types of methodology and quality approach.
∎ Must have experience in fault analysis, nonconformity of process, quality improvement of products by strategical and technical approach.
∎ Must have strong IT, communication and leadership skill.
∎ Must be a quick learner, self-motivated, target oriented.
