∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University.
∎ Skills Required: 3D AutoCad practical job knowledge
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Operation & Maintenance, Oxygen Plant
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To run smoothly both CCM & OXYGEN Plant.
∎ To take cost effective measures of existing systems.
∎ To make proposal of Up-gradation in find any.
∎ To make Root cause analysis report of any breakdown/deviation of system of the department along with accomplishment.
∎ Ensure billet quality and to take all possible efforts from your department.
∎ Short and long term preventive schedule making and accomplishment report.
∎ To analyses all technical data of the department.
∎ Oxygen Plant's thoroughly technical and process knowledge. Having experience of 1-2yrs along with would be preferred.
∎ To make all aware of Safety Precautions to be taken for Oxygen Plant & CCM.
∎ Extra necessary measures for Oxygen Plant Safety.
∎ To maintain all spares as required.
∎ To keep respective area clean and to maintain proper house keeping jobs.
∎ Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures.
∎ Be able to work in stressful situations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ At least 5 years experience in CCM (Mechanical).
∎ Sound knowledge about Air Compressor, Oxygen Compressor etc.
∎ Good interpersonal skills & hardworking.
∎ Must be adjustable with factory environment & able to do shifting duty.
∎ Smart, energetic & hard working candidates are preferable.
∎ Excellent computer skills in MS Office & MS Excel.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
