Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute a preventive maintenance plan for all vehicles and machinery.
∎ Ensure timely repairs and diagnostics.
∎ Manage a team of engineers and technicians, delegate tasks, and ensure skill development.
∎ Supervise troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and technical issues, ensuring quick resolutions.
∎ Manage inventory of spare parts, ensure timely procurement, and monitor usage for cost-efficiency.
∎ Ensure maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and environmental standards.
∎ Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare reports on activities, downtime, and costs.
∎ Monitor and control maintenance expenses, recommending cost-effective solutions.
∎ Identify areas for improvement in maintenance practices and implement solutions for increased efficiency.
