Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive high performance and professional growth and oversee all aspects of commercial operations including import documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
∎ Manage and optimize shipping and logistics operations via sea, air, and land to ensure timely delivery of goods.
∎ Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality procurement of goods.
∎ Ensure compliance with customs regulations, import/export laws, and other relevant industry standards and monitor and control operational costs, ensuring efficient utilization of resources while adhering to budgetary constraints.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Strong knowledge of import operation and documentation.
∎ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
∎ Day-to-Day information keeping
