Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Counseling potential clients, who are interested in migrating to Europe on work or study purposes.
∎ • Communicate with the candidates/clients to provide their all desired information.
∎ • Response to the clients enquires
∎ • Giving accurate feedback of queries over phone.
∎ • Answer questions about the services or the company.
∎ • Ask questions to understand client's requirements.
∎ • Enter and update client information in the database.
∎ • Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
∎ • Keep records of calls and note useful information.
∎ • Conveyance of leads into clients
∎ • Others administrative task related with the designation.
∎ • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts facilitate future sales.
∎ • Needs to fulfill monthy target.
∎ • Good Communication Skill in English

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
