Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Masters or Bachelors in relevant discipline with preferably O and A level background.
∎ MUST have IELTS completed with a minimum score of 7 in each band.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Teaching/ Training
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The teacher has to take the challenge of teaching in innovative ways to ensure the quality of education.
∎ The teacher will get enough facilities to teach at his/her ease but the output has to be a standard one related to the existing service market standard.
∎ The teacher has to report directly to the corresponding authority of the respective course.
∎ Note: The teacher will be evaluated in a 360 degree approach to explore his/her skills in a better way.
∎ The teacher has to write down necessary content that is to be provided to trainee as well as to be posted our Facebook page and website.
∎ Must have sound knowledge, understanding and grip towards IELTS materials for General Training, better if the candidate has his/her own materials for teaching.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 year(s) of experience in providing similar training in reputed organization.
∎ Candidates having experience in the mentioned field will get preference.
∎ Strong communication skill in English and A level passed candidates will be given preference.
∎ Good accent is preferable.
∎ Preferably having a minimum IELTS of 7 in each band.
∎ We prefer candidates who are goal oriented and can handle jobs under pressure.
∎ Outstanding communication skill will always get preference just after the merit.
∎ Class Timing: Every Friday from 9 AM to 12 PM.
Salary:
∎ The selected teacher`s salary range Per Class: BDT2500-BDT5000.
