Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Should have at least 7.5 in IELTS Academic/ GT Module
∎ Must have a very good score in Writing Module
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Education, IELTS
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Coaching Center, Immigration & Education Consultancy Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct IELTS preparation training session to applicants with different level of English proficiency
∎ Plan; develop high-quality IELTS prep sessions that meet the needs of different customer groups, taking into account individual learning styles
∎ Develop and update course materials, deliver lectures, assess mock exam scripts, publishing mock exams results
∎ Evaluate progress and provide feedback to help improve students' performance throughout the course
∎ Conducting individual practice session for the students, Group spoken Practice session
∎ Write reports on participants with clear formative comments and targets as to how to improve performance
∎ Contribute to development, evaluation and improvement of IELTS Preparation courses including contributing to developing the course contents
∎ Perform teaching-related administrative tasks to specified standards
∎ Develop promotional strategy and conduct promotional classes
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2-year Experience in this field
∎ Agile for continuous improvement process and tools to make interactive lessons
∎ Should be punctual and committed to the profession
Salary: Negotiable
