Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ B.A/M.A in English/ESL/ELT is preferable.
∎ Language Proficiency: Minimum 8 (Overall) in IELTS; no band less than 7.5
∎ Skills Required: English (Language),Training

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Education, Teaching/ Training

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting IELTS training sessions including spoken English to the diverse range of language level participants.
∎ Preparing lesson plans for the IELTS Program.
∎ Preparing course materials, delivering lectures, assessing mock exam scripts, publishing mock exams results.
∎ Managing Basic administration, such as keeping participant registers and attendance records.
∎ Plan, prepare, and teach well developed lessons which enthuse and inspire participants, and promote enjoyment of learning.
∎ Effectively and appropriately differentiate instruction so as to meet all participants learning styles with an appreciation for participants learning differences.
∎ Select and sequence appropriate materials, resources, and approaches according to the course/content area and audience of learners.
∎ Assess, track, and provide relevant and timely feedback on achievement (performance and growth) and developmental needs to participants, academic, and other managers/colleagues.
∎ Write reports on participants with clear formative comments and targets as to how to improve work by defined deadlines given, and provide regular estimated grades and feedback on assessments.
∎ Induct participants appropriately to provide academic advice, counselling, educational guidance, and advisory support, including individual learning plans, as directed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years of experience in IELTS Teaching in a reputed institution.
∎ Should know the IELTS system well and its exams.
∎ Content writing and material development experiences will get preferences.
∎ Teaching certificate is preferable.

Salary: Negotiable
