Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor or Master from reputed university or institute
∎ IELTS Band 7.5 or 7. 0 in each of 4 sections of the academic module.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, preparing and delivering high quality IELTS prep sessions that meets the needs of different customer groups, taking into account individual learning styles.
∎ To enhance the quality of teaching and learning in the Academic Department and through sharing resources and good practice, lesson observation, and collaborative teaching.
∎ Monitoring progress and providing regular feedback to help manage students' performance throughout the course as well as actively promoting learner autonomy.
∎ Actively contributing to the development, evaluation and improvement of IELTS Preparation courses including contributing to developing the course contents, the teaching and learning materials, as well as its related services, by actively working as a member of the teaching team.
∎ Completing teaching related administrative tasks to specified standards, including keeping registers, record of work done and marking exams
∎ Supporting local marketing and promotional strategy and assist the teaching centre team in delivering excellent customer service upon necessity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ At least 1 year Experience in this field
∎ To use continuous improvement process and tools to make interactive lessons
∎ To prepare re-courses for students including lesson plans, classroom activities
∎ To draft reports and presentations on the improvement of student learning when required
∎ To undertake any other related duties as requested by Managing Director or Country Manager
Salary: Negotiable
