Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring a smooth and productive workflow.
∎ Coordinate all IELTS-related activities including scheduling classes, managing teachers, monitoring student progress, and academic support.
∎ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting IELTS courses and related services to potential students.
∎ Generate leads through walk-ins, follow-ups, referrals, and outreach, and convert them into enrollments.
∎ Train, supervise, and motivate both academic and sales teams to meet performance goals.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
∎ Prepare and present sales and performance reports to senior management.
∎ Ensure proper use and updating of CRM tools like HubSpot for lead and student management.
∎ Maintain compliance with company policies and support HR with recruitment and training needs.
∎ Handle student or parent concerns with professionalism and solution-oriented communication.
