Educational Requirements:
∎ A 3-year Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in English Language and/or Literature, TESOL/TEFL, or Education with TESOL method
∎ A recognized TESOL/TEFL Certification (Cambridge CELTA/Cambridge DELTA/Trinity CertTESOL) is highly desirable

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Our IELTS and PTE-A Trainers are responsible for the educational success of our IELTS and PTE students, both first-time and repeat candidates. They contribute to the students' learning by preparing and delivering educational, interactive, and dynamic classes that help to prepare students in taking the IELTS and PTE exam. They inspire and prepare students to achieve a high score in these high-stakes tests.
∎ Conducting placement tests to determine the most suitable courses for students
∎ Planning, preparing and delivering high quality IELTS and PTE training sessions taking into account individual learning styles and abilities
∎ Developing the course contents, study materials in both print and digital format
∎ Completing teaching related administrative tasks, including keeping registers, record of work done and marking exams
∎ Conducting and grading IELTS and PTE Practice exams
∎ Conducting and Invigilating IELTS and PTE Mock exams
∎ Engaging in professional skills development to ensure quality and high standards in teaching and learning
∎ Supporting Center marketing and promotional efforts
Additional Requirements:
∎ IELTS: At least 2 years' teaching experience as an Academic IELTS Instructor which must include 1000+ hrs of Classroom instruction in at least one of the four IELTS modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking).
∎ IELTS: Must have taken the Academic IELTS within the last 4 years and have obtained a minimum Overall Score of 8.5 and a minimum individual Score of 8.0 in both Reading and Writing Modules.
∎ PTE-A: At least 2 years' teaching experience as a PTE-A Instructor which must include 1000+ hrs of Classroom instruction in at least one of three Test Sections (Speaking & Writing, Reading, Listening)
∎ PTE-A: Must have taken the PTE-A Exam within the last 4 years and have obtained a minimum overall Score of 86, a minimum score of 90 in at least one of the four Communicative skills areas, and a minimum score of 84 in the other three Communicative skill areas.
∎ PTE-A: Completion of "Pearson PTE Certified Trainer" program is essential
∎ PTE-A: Completion of "Pearson Certified Master Trainer" program is highly desirable
∎ Native level competency in English Language
∎ Exceptional understanding of English language grammatical analysis
∎ Proficient in Technology-Centric Teaching and quick to adapt to new digital platforms
∎ Professional in attitude; dynamic mindset with a passion for teaching and a commitment to real IELTS and PTE-A Training
