∎ Candidate must have experience in HVAC Drafting and Design.
∎ Candidate must be fluent in AutoCAD and Cooling Load Calculation.
∎ Candidate must have clear concept on different cooling methods.
∎ Good hand in MS Excel & MS Word.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop construction drawings utilizing AutoCAD MEP in 2D & 3D.
∎ Perform engineering calculations of building heating/cooling loads, energy profiles, ventilation requirements, equipment selections, and sizing of ductwork/piping distribution systems.
∎ BOQ preparation and cost analysis of different HVAC projects.
∎ Oversee the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, including water supply networks, drainage systems, ducting system and related equipment.
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for HVAC systems, including preventive maintenance schedules, repair procedures, and spare parts management.
