Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any reputed University (Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field preferred).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising Hub staff and daily activities.
∎ Managing, evaluating and reporting on Hub productivity.
∎ Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods.
∎ Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
∎ Review customer orders and plan and coordinate delivery activities.
∎ Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
∎ Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
∎ Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
∎ Performing a daily inspection of the Hub grounds.
∎ Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.
∎ Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
∎ Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion.
∎ Manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.
∎ Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs.
∎ Perform customer negotiations for delivery rates.
∎ Report delivery status & develop required delivery documentations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ At least 2+ year of working experience in relevant filed.
∎ Previous experience as a Hub supervisor or a similar management position.
∎ Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
∎ Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
∎ Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
∎ Problem-solving skills.
