Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any reputed University (Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field preferred).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring and maintaining all functions in Product Quality & Packing.
∎ Responsible for the Quality related activity for Flexible packaging products.
∎ Provide feedback to Riders on technical queries & regulatory requirements.
∎ Analyze and determine all standards for packaging lines and ensure compliance to all schedule for processes and develop and maintain all packing orders effectively.
∎ Monitor and recommend improvements in processes to increase efficiency of packaging department and monitor inventory for Hub and maintain records of all physical transactions and prepare documents for same.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ At least 2+ year of working experience in relevant filed.
∎ Previous experience as a similar management position.
∎ Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
∎ Problem-solving skills.
