Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
∎ Diploma / B.Sc. in Occupational Health and Safety or Civil Engineering or Construction Management or relevant. OSHA/ NEBOSH Certification [Mandatory]

∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting pre-inspection building and lab walk-throughs to ensure safety and compliance prior to Fire Department inspections.
∎ Interface and support the construction management team at site by delivering current data on GC EHS performance, including trending, incident management, EHS metrics and other key information that enable DC construction management to make informed timely decisions;
∎ Attend pre-job, planning and other client meetings as required.
∎ Conducts regular audits and inspections at project locations.
∎ Prepare report of findings, including recommendations to prevent recurrence and implement approved course of action.
∎ Provide relevant information for monthly HSE reports.
∎ Record keeping on area specific HSE audits, reports, certifications, permits, etc.
∎ Promote a positive Company image during the course and scope of the performance of these duties.
∎ Provide HSE input for the proposals group bids.
∎ Performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as may be required by immediate supervisor.
∎ Conduct risk assessments for lab spaces and develop documentation for mitigation of any findings.
∎ Participate in progress and schedule meetings where EHS is impacted;
∎ Responds to customer member concerns regarding HSE matters.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years as HSE role in Building Construction Industry; Experience in commercial building projects.
∎ Experience in Middle East in the similar role would be considered as added advantage.
