Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil/ Mechanical/ EEE with Safety Management or Relevant Field experience is preferred.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a reliable Manager - HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) to ensure everyone in the project complies with health and safety laws and also be responsible for establishing policies that will create and maintain a safe workplace.
∎ Job Location: Project Site (Must be prepared to stay on multiple locations as assignment or necessitates).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have knowledge of Heavy Lifting & Haulage, Crane Rental & Project Logistics.
∎ Overall responsibility of Project HSE and compliance of the Project, making sure staff are aware of the importance and follow safety protocol.
∎ Ensures all HSE processes and procedures are implemented and standardized across the Project.
∎ Ensures emergency response systems, policies and procedures are in place to manage emergency situations.
∎ Ensures that all project personnel and crew comply with client and company HSE training and medical requirements.
∎ Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions and preventive measures and elimination any potential hazards are of the utmost importance for the safety of all employees, visitors and the public as well.
∎ Tracks project health and safety metrics and use the data to identify and to reduce risk.
∎ Conduct HSE presentations and training to employees as required.
∎ Conduct health and safety inspections and prepare reports, work procedures, mythology and documents as required.
∎ Promote a positive Company image during the project and the scope of the performance of these duties.
∎ Implementation, maintenance and improvement of high safety standards by ensuring that all personnel employed in the project are competent to carry out their designated tasks in a safe manner.
∎ To implement a hierarchy of communication forums that ensures that safety concerns can be raised and addressed at all levels.
∎ Perform any other tasks, duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 08-10 year(s) experience person on Project Operation in various Infrastructure Development Projects.
