Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Health Safety Environment & Admin In charge for EPC Project under Confidence Infrastructure Limited (Steel Unit).
∎ Candidate should have intention to travel anywhere in the Bangladesh for project purpose.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensures all HSE processes and procedures are implemented and standardized across the site/project area.
∎ Work closely with Engineering and Facilities on special projects involving plant construction, equipment design, civil work, transport goods and hazardous assessments.
∎ Ensures emergency response systems, policies and procedures are in place to manage emergency situations.
∎ Co-ordinate internal & external resources to ensure delivery of high quality and efficient HSE support.
∎ Preparing for periodic and annual internal and external HSE audit.
∎ Organizing & conducting HSE training programs and weekly project inspections.
∎ Advise all levels of staff regarding issues arising from risk assessments and investigations.
∎ Ensure wearing of PPE's by all workers and staffs like helmets, goggles, glass, life jackets, safety shoes, safety belts, masks etc.
∎ Maintaining HSE manual, forms formats, registers & Safety records.
∎ Comply with client requirements and notify periodically with proper reports.
∎ Responsible for the planning, budgeting, and coordination of overall construction projects, as well as the necessary administrative duties associated with the Silo Project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical reports and statements independently.
∎ Candidate must have experience in Health Safety Environment (HSE) & Admin in infrastructure construction industry
