Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Human Resource Management
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management,PGDHRM is preferred
∎ Skills Required: Leadership and Good Communication skill., Leadership and interpersonal skills, Negotiation Skills, Policy Development, Risk Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Computer skill, Good communication skills, Human Resources & Development, Networking Skills, Proven capability in data management, Recruitment & Selection

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for experienced candidates who are expected to have sound interpersonal leadership skill and should be able to communicate with supervisors in professional manner
∎ Computer literacy is essential e.g. google workplace software Office, especially google Docs, google Excel, etc
∎ Experienced in using employee time attendance and track record
∎ Can vigorously implement policies, salary incrementation and others
∎ Has the ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders

Job Responsibilities:
∎ General HR, HRIS/HR Database Management, Recruitment and Selection, Payroll Processing, Problem Solving, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Training and Development, Legal Compliance/ Performance and Career Management
∎ Formulating short and long term HR strategy including workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, staff development, staff well-being, succession planning, employee relations, retention etc
∎ Drive to implement an effective Staff Evaluation System and make employees accountable for performance
∎ Establish a reward culture based on work performance and motivate all staff to act accordingly
∎ Defining SOP and processes and setting KPI for each role
∎ Ensure proper recruitment and selection process e.g. receive and initiate processing of recruitment requisition, cross-check the budget with finance, prepare recruitment plan, check progress of written test and interview arrangement, attend interview as panel member
∎ To maintain the proper management of Transfer, Increment, Promotion with Proper Documents
∎ Strong experience in the development and implementation of career journeys, competency frameworks and other organizational development interventions

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
