Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA & BBA degree (major in HRM) with good academic background from any reputed Public University/ Private University.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Fluent in spoken and written Bangla and English

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining employee's 'Personal Files' and 'Make Liaison' with all employee.
∎ Processing of 'Recruitment & Selection' related files and contact with interviewee.
∎ Preparation of 'Personal File' and arrange induction of new appointment.
∎ Assist to HR Head for 'Performance Evaluation/Appraisal' related works, 'Increment/ Compensation' related works, 'Introducing Training' program of faculty & Admin staff by GTI trainers/internal or external expert and others.
∎ Handling 'Leave Management' and update individual leave information.
∎ Prepare 'Monthly Attendance Report' so the Head of HR can take necessary measure for any irregularity.
∎ Preparation of monthly salary sheet
∎ Regular update of HR software and 'Employee Database' (promotion/up-gradation/ resignation/termination/ newly appointed etc.).
∎ Any other task/responsibility assign by the authority

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given who have experience in relevant field.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, verbal, presentation and written communications skills.
∎ Excellent computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Education Administration/ Management
