Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Management (MBM)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promoting Company Purpose and embedding Company Cultural Principles across the Plant.
∎ Handle the CBA & Trade Union as per Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 & Rules 2015 & revised time to time and maintain a congenial IR situation in the Plant.
∎ Handle IR matters, industrial disputes, grievances & disciplinary actions as per Bangladesh Labor Law and the Company Policies & Procedures.
∎ Play active role in preparing Manpower Planning and ensure optimum utilization of Manpower and coordinating Performance Management of Plant Employees.
∎ Assisting in formulation of HR & Administrative Policies & Procedures and implement the company's all HR & Administrative Policies & Procedures on day to day basis.
∎ Identify training needs, make training plan, support to implement training plan and keep the tracking of training plan to ensure employees' skills are increased in line with company policy.
∎ Lead the HR, HS, Administrative and Security activities of the Plant and supervise the HR & Admin team.
∎ Dealing with concerned regulatory authorities of Bangladesh Government specially Departments under Ministry of Labour, Law enforcing authorities and local administration.
∎ Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures including implementation of Group guidelines and monitoring compliance etc.
∎ Ensure that activities affecting the health, safety and environment are identified in order to minimize their risks and impacts through planning, communicating, implementing, monitoring and recording of actions for complying legal and other requirements.
∎ Extenuating inside & outside challenges and solving the problems of the organization with intelligence and diplomacy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Preferable with PGDHRM or LLB.
∎ SME in HR Management; Planning & Organizing; Employee Relations Management; Administration & Security; and Health & Safety.
∎ Skills in Leadership & Teamwork; Negotiation & Influencing; Interpersonal & Communication; & Problem-solving.
∎ Experiences in Human Resources Management, Administration, Labour Law Practices, Industrial Relations and Health & Safety.
