Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement housekeeping plans to maintain hospital cleanliness.
∎ Closely monitor all housekeepers and gardeners work every day to ensure all areas are clean and sanitized.
∎ Prepare and manage all housekeepers’ roster.
∎ Ensure the hospital's cleanliness and hygiene standards.
∎ Coordinate and oversee housekeeping activities.
∎ Build and maintain professional relationships with all departments.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless housekeeping operations.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of housekeeping initiatives and processes.
∎ Provide regular training to housekeepers to develop their knowledge of cleanliness and hygiene.
∎ Should have thorough knowledge of use of cleaning chemicals (TASKI) & equipment’s.
