Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating and supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness.
∎ Ensure training to cleaning department
∎ Must have knowledge about Housekeeping
∎ Create cleaning schedules monthly
∎ Assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.
∎ Schedule work must be ensured with compliance. Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service.
∎ Establish standards and procedures for work.
∎ Monitoring pest control system periodically.
∎ Ensure & prepare proper time machine ready for production,
∎ Maintain manpower & deployed them for their individual work,
∎ Monitoring machine operation & manpower during production time for smooth production and achieving production targets as per the production manager requirements,
∎ Reduce production wastages and produce maximum production
∎ Maintain logbook for daily production & machine breakdown reports,
∎ Maintain daily production report to Production Manager & Machine Breakdown report to Maintenance Manager (Engineer),
∎ Maintain worker attendance & daily report to the HR Department,
∎ Maintain soft verbal communication with Colleagues & others to create a friendly working environment,
∎ Regular maintain preventive machine spare parts and instrument for emergency machine troubleshooting and servicing,
∎ Ensure production Raw material before start of production,
∎ Weekly machine cleaning & maintenance as per GMP procedure,
∎ Performs other duties as assigned.
