• Certification or training in Childcare, Early Childhood Development, health care or First Aid will be an added advantage.

• Basic knowledge of child hygiene, nutrition, and safety.

• Ability to follow instructions and childcare procedures.

• Take care of children at the factory childcare center during working hours.

• Ensure a safe, clean, and child-friendly environment at all times.

• Feed children properly according to age-appropriate nutrition guidelines.

• Maintain hygiene of children, including cleaning, diaper changing, and handwashing.

• Monitor children’s health and report any illness or unusual behavior to supervisors.

• Engage children in age-appropriate play, learning, and recreational activities.

• Ensure children are safely received from and handed over to parents/guardians.

• Maintain attendance records of children and daily activity logs and organize toys, bedding, utensils, and childcare materials.

• Follow childcare center rules, emergency procedures, and safety guidelines.

• Assist during inspections, audits, or visits related to childcare facilities.

• Coordinate with welfare officers, nurses, and medical staff when required.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law childcare provisions.

• Maintain respectful, caring, and patient behavior toward all children.

• Keep all childcare-related information confidential.
