Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Cleaning: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing assigned areas
∎ Changing linens: Changing bed linens and towels
∎ Restocking supplies: Restocking toiletries and cleaning products
∎ Trash disposal: Collecting and removing trash and debris
∎ Reporting issues: Reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
∎ Following procedures: Following health and safety regulations and company policies
∎ Customer service: Providing excellent customer service to guests and residents
∎ Inventory management: Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment
∎ Time management: Completing tasks within the expected time frame
∎ Teamwork: Collaborating with other housekeepers on each shift
∎ Equipment management: Cleaning, disinfecting, and storing all equipment at the end of the shift
