Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
∎ Bachelor/Honors from any reputed Public or Private University with a CGPA not less than 3.00.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Yearly Room Allotment Plan for the students.
∎ Report to the Housemaster about Student's Arrival from Leave. If any irregularities, late arrival, and absence.
∎ Ensure Student's Departure for leave for vacation with proper guidelines.
∎ Endure Cleanliness of the Hostel premises.
∎ Maintain the Safety and Security of students and their belongings. Responsible for the hostel properties and fire safety also.
∎ Monitor the Daily Hostel Routine of students approved by the principal and notice to the housemaster if any violations.
∎ Maintain Routine Inspection of the Student's Rooms when students leave the room and report to Housemaster if any untidiness.
∎ Coordination with Mess Manager every day in the evening for next day's meal.
∎ Arrange Student's Leisure time for their entertainment and games.
∎ Support College Admin Wing to arrange Parent's Day.
∎ Ensure the Discipline of students and conduct necessary counseling for the betterment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Specialized in procurement will be given preference.
∎ Experience in any reputed School/College regarding marketing and promotion will get an advantage.
∎ Fresh graduates with outstanding achievements are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Should be good in English speaking and writing.
∎ Must be proficient in driving technical tools like MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
