Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)/ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing duty roster for all supporting staffs in Hospital like cleaner, plumber, gardener, Ward boy, Aya etc
∎ Maintain daily attendance, leave records, supervision & monitoring team.
∎ Ensure medical waste management according to standard of protocol
∎ Ensure all sterilizations of medical equipments, laundry of medical linen and IPC activities in the hospital
∎ Ensure maintaining of cleanliness of hospital
∎ Ensure all electrical, sanitary, plumbing activities and civil works are functional
∎ Participate in Behavioral Changes communications to the patients and attendance at hospital
∎ Ensure properly crowds are managed and beneficiaries are getting services as of priority basis accordance to standards of protocol
∎ Ready to work in emergency situations to fix the sanitation problem.
∎ Submit monthly report and presentation in monthly meeting.
∎ Perform such other duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hospital
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Diagnostic Centre, Hospital
∎ At least 3-4 years of experience in – any hospital/Clinic management as a Ward Master/ Supervisor
∎ Basic knowledge in Infection prevention and control (IPC) management
∎ Basic knowledge in computer operations (MS word, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
∎ Good in typing in Bengali & English
∎ Knowledge and experience with working in field Hospitals, public health sector, medical emergencies will be advantageous.
∎ Ability to work effectively under pressure in hardship situations and harmoniously within a team of colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds.
∎ Ability to work independently under minimal supervision;
∎ Required Competency:
∎ Accountability, Continuous Learning, Communication, Professionalism, Teamwork, Client Orientation, Creativity and Initiative, Leadership and Negotiation, Performance Management, Planning and Organizing. Technological Awareness.
