∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ Supervise daily administrative operations.
∎ Maintaining hospital’s overall wastage and safety.
∎ Preparation of ward boys/ayas monthly duty roster.
∎ Ensuring stock of medical and office supplies.
∎ preparing and supervising work schedule.
∎ Cooperation with every department of hospital.
∎ Reporting departmental managers for problem solving.
∎ training ward boys/ayas regarding their job responsibilities.
∎ Answer the queries of the patients.
∎ any other works assigned by the management.
