Job Responsibilities:
∎ As the Hospital Manager (Operations), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
∎ Supervising and leading a team of administrative and clinical staff.
∎ Managing clinic schedules, patient appointments, and provider schedules.
∎ Overseeing patient registration and billing processes.
∎ Maintaining inventory and ordering medical supplies as needed.
∎ Implementing and improving clinic policies and procedures.
∎ Collaborating with healthcare providers like doctors, pharmacists, nutritionists, and medical technologists to optimize patient care delivery.
∎ Monitoring hospital performance and implementing efficiency improvements.
∎ Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven leadership and team management skills in a healthcare or clinical setting.
∎ Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
∎ In-depth knowledge of healthcare administration and clinic operations.

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)
