Educational Requirements:
∎ 4 Years graduation preferably MBA

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Hospital Manager will be responsible for preparing business plan, HRM Planning, Leave management, staff motivation, official documentation, arranging meetings and supervision of support staff and to perform other necessary office HR and administrative task. The detail job descriptions are as follows:
∎ Plan, organize, supervise, coordinate, and control all areas of health services, including human resources, finance and information technology
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction
∎ Manage front Office, housekeeping, Security, General Maintenance, , OPD, Pharmacy, Nursing hostel, Cafeteria etc
∎ Prepare business plan and budgets for the hospital and managing budgets
∎ Prepare short term and long term planning for the organization
∎ Act as liaisons among central office, doctors, clinical and non-clinical staff -members, government office, NGO and other stakeholders
∎ Organize, direct, control and coordinate services in relation to policies and process set by the organization
∎ Recruit required manpower and evaluate, other support staff members
∎ Develop procedures for quality assurance, patient services, medical treatments, department activities and public relations and delivering the best quality of patient care
∎ Organize eye care camps and community health planning
∎ Developing services and implementing changes
∎ Develop a relationship with Grameen Bank, outside organizations including the medical community, referring physicians, and the media
∎ Attend meetings, writing reports, dealing with complaints or problems
∎ Ensure services meet standards
∎ Deliver strong financial performance
∎ Ensure employee welfare and benefits
∎ Perform Training need analysis and preparing training calendar
∎ Arrange continual seminars, workshops ,event management and increasing publicity/marketing /outreach program of the hospital
∎ Organize Awareness programs
∎ Review performance weekly, monthly and quarterly
∎ Facilitate the open door policies to deal with employee requests, grievance, human resources issues, rules, and regulations etc.
∎ Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, preparing kPI etc.)
∎ Maintain and make renewal of all necessary license/certificates/ permits of the hospitals
∎ Monitor all types of utility bills and arrange on time bill payments of the hospitals
∎ Perform any other job as assigned by the higher authority

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Bangla
∎ Should have good report writing skills
∎ Proficient in PC skills particularly in MS Office

Salary: Negotiable
