Educational Requirements:
∎ MSc/BSc in Engineering from any reputed university.
∎ Diploma/Training Courses in Social Compliance will get preference.
∎ Candidates having international based safety Courses, i.e IOSH, Height work Safety Course, Fire Fighting Training Course and other Safety related courses will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory EHS, Health Safety and Environment, Industrial Safety, Safety compliance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) related support.
∎ Issue & keep updates of all relevant certificates, licenses, approvals etc. in collaboration with PR & other concern persons.
∎ Maintain internal compliance issues among the departments.
∎ Assist in maintaining organizations, legal and ethical integrity by cooperating with all relevant parties.
∎ Implementation, communication and coordination of all environmental, health, and safety programs at Walton premises.
∎ Review and approve the documents related to government agency, internal/third party audit & foreign clients prior to submission to the management for their final approval.
∎ Develop and maintain a comprehensive HSE policy which will uphold the good name of Walton in international arena.
∎ Instill HSE culture among all level employees, contractors, clients and other interested parties.
∎ Develop and maintain Safety Management System for HQ & Corporate Office.
∎ Monitor overall work activities and performance of Compliance Section.
∎ Ensure a safe workplace for all employees, visitors, clients and other interested parties.
∎ Update all kind of safety instructions,
∎ Conduct daily inspection/audit finding/non-conformist with the concern dept.
∎ Initiate & organize different types of OHS training to the workers
∎ Investigate Accident/Incident (if happens), find out the root causes and implement the preventive or corrective actions.
∎ Support any other instant Cleaning, Health & Safety related issues by the superiors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Relevant Experience in electrical and electronics product manufacturing company
∎ Proven experience as an EHS professional.
∎ Experience in risk management
∎ Knowledge of legal requirements and controls (e.g. BLL-2006, ISO-9001, 14001 & 45001)
∎ Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards.
∎ Well known about international EHS rules, regulations & practices.
∎ Superior ability to achieve immediate and long-term goals.
∎ Good command in MS Office.
∎ Willing to work under pressure.
∎ Decision making & time management skills.
