Educational Requirements:
∎ BS in Environmental Science/Environmental Management/Disaster Management from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Climate Risk Reduction, Environmental Compliance, Environmental Management System, Factory EHS, Field Supervisor, Industrial Safety, Technical Knowledge in Heat Transfer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying location based heat zones and vulnerable employees in the workplace and taking necessary steps to control.
∎ Regularly monitor and analyze information on sources of rising temperatures, harmful gases in the workplace and formulate heat management protocols and implement them in a timely manner.
∎ Formulating and ensuring implementation of specific policies to reduce internal heat of factory.
∎ Adopting necessary strategies to ensure continuous temperature control plan in the workplace following various ISO temperature control guidelines.
∎ Ensure use of enough cold and hot water and adequate air flow to reduce possibility of heat-stroke and other health risks of employees in the workplace.
∎ Coordinating with concerned departments/sections to maintain a safe and healthy working environment by controlling the internal temperature of the factory.
∎ Raise awareness about the heat risk & solutions and ensuring necessary training in this regard.
∎ Adopting and implementing long term plans to control rising temperatures.
∎ Ensuring the use of latest cost effective technology for temperature control in various high temperature locations in the workplace.
∎ Carry out internal temperature control program of factories in coordination with various public and private institutions.
∎ Ensuring a safe working environment by implementing effective procedures for
∎ Maintaining various national and international laws & standards of temperature control.
∎ Maintaining good relations with the employees to regularly monitor their high/low temperature issues at work and ensure timely solution.
∎ Any task assigned by higher management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Candidates having work experience in Heat reducing technique/ Heat reducing technologies/ Heat management will get preference.
∎ Knowledge of legal requirements and controls (e.g. BLL-2006, ISO-9001, 14001 & 45001)
∎ Experience in System Development.
∎ Relevant Experience in electrical and electronics product manufacturing company.
∎ Well known about international EHS rules, regulations & practices.
∎ Superior ability to achieve immediate and long-term goals.
∎ Good command in MS Office.
∎ Willing to work under pressure, decision making & time management skills.
