Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet patients and visitors, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.
∎ Address patient inquiries regarding services, facilities, and procedures.
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for patient concerns, resolving them promptly and professionally.
∎ Schedule, manage, and confirm patient appointments.
∎ Coordinate follow-ups and communicate rescheduling or delays effectively.
∎ Provide clear information about medical procedures, hospital policies, and treatment options.
∎ Guide patients on billing, insurance claims, and documentation processes.
∎ Collect, document, and analyze patient feedback to improve services.
∎ Address complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
∎ Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient experiences.
∎ Assist in arranging consultations, tests, or admissions efficiently.
∎ Ensure services are inclusive and cater to the diverse backgrounds of patients.
∎ Respect patient confidentiality and uphold healthcare ethics.
∎ Provide emotional and logistical support to patients and families in critical situations.
∎ Assist patients with mobility, language barriers, or special needs.
∎ Plan and organize health-related events, including health camps, medical conferences, awareness campaigns, and promotional activities.
∎ Define objectives, timelines, and budgets for each event.
∎ Collaborate with doctors, nurses, administrators, and external vendors to ensure event success.
∎ Build partnerships with NGOs, healthcare organizations, and sponsors.
∎ Design and execute marketing strategies to attract participants to events.
∎ Oversee the creation of event materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital campaigns.
∎ Organize venues, equipment, catering, and accommodations for events.
∎ Ensure all medical and safety protocols are followed during events.
∎ Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
∎ Prepare financial reports post-event for stakeholders.
∎ Gather feedback from participants to evaluate the event’s success.
∎ Create detailed reports with recommendations for future events.
∎ Ensure events align with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.
∎ Promote ethical and inclusive practices in all event activities.
