∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Construction Safety, Health Safety and Environment, Occupational Health
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and executing health and safety plans in construction site according to legal guidelines.
∎ Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety.
∎ Inspects the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.
∎ Assess working platforms and certify them before use, like scaffolds and suspended platforms.
∎ Develops and implements inspection policies and procedures and a schedule of routine inspections.
∎ Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes.
∎ Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, construction safety, and other relevant topics.
∎ Monitors compliance with safety procedures.
∎ Prepare inspection reports to document inspection findings.
∎ Ensures that material safety data sheets are maintained and readily accessible when needed.
∎ Maintains records of discharge or employee exposure to hazardous waste and pollutants, as required.
∎ Immediate response to incidents and emergencies that occur on-site, acting as an emergency fire warden and providing first aid.

∎ Minimum 10 years of work experience in Industrial Safety & Occupational Health, covering areas of Risk Analysis and Incident/Accident Investigation
∎ Proven experience as Health and Safety Manager.
∎ Ability to maintain and bridge the perspective gap among the team.
∎ Deep understanding of Legal health and Safety guidelines.
∎ Good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment.
