Educational Requirements:
∎ DMF pass from any registered Medical Assistant Training School under the State Medical Faculty of Bangladesh with BMDC registration.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Health Center In-charge will be responsible for the health center to ensure the quality of health care under the supervision of the Chief Health Officer.
∎ Arrange group meeting and satellite campaign for health awareness.
∎ Support and supervise of Health Assistants.
∎ Report writing and overall management in the health center.
∎ Perform diagnosis and treatment of the patient in the health center on an outdoor basis.
∎ Give individual health education related to the patient's disease/illness.
∎ Ensure patient's confidentiality with respect and dignity.
∎ Record keeping like patients, particulars, drugs, and medicine costs in the register book.
∎ Refer all lifesaving and emergency cases to the nearest Govt. hospitals.
∎ Organize and participate actively in the health camping activities in the community.
∎ Responsible for the proper use and maintenance of assigned equipment and drugs.
∎ Conduct health education sessions for the community people during the visit.
∎ Prepare monthly reports, health center budgets, and drug requisitions list on a regular basis.
∎ Maintain all logistics registers, monthly planner, and performance book.
∎ Any other lawful tasks as assigned by the supervisor and the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Willingness of extensive traveling.
∎ The employee shall respect ASA's Regulations and Terms and Conditions of Engagement.
∎ Attitude for working with poor and marginalized people.
∎ Competency in MS Office package.
∎ Flexibility to work anywhere in Bangladesh, especially in rural areas.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 27500 (Monthly)
∎ Probation period will be 1 (one) year long. After successful completion of the probationary period, the officer will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ All admissible benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, Festival Allowance, Nabobarsha Allowance (Boishakhy), Welfare Fund and Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be attributed.
