Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ BSc in CSE/Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering/Leather Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administrative, Monitoring, Supervision, Communication/ Public Relation/ Media, Manual Development/ Documentation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as a member and team leader of UDDIPAN TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) Program for designing, planning, and implementing relevant program.
∎ Provide technical and administrative support in order to ensure quality in the implementation of the program interventions.
∎ Establish proper functioning of the TVET program.
∎ Prepare review training curriculums.
∎ Select required training participants following specific criteria.
∎ Develop relationship with relevant private and government sector/ institutions.
∎ Close monitoring and supervision of the TVET program.
∎ Organize and conduct staff coordination meeting.
∎ Prepare analytical report for UDDIPAN management and donors.
∎ Ensure all purchase/procurement of materials, equipments in time.
∎ Coach and mentor staff members as appropriate.
∎ Introduce and apply participatory and collective process of analyzing situations for identification of problems and their causes, generate various options for solutions and select the best one for the implementation.
∎ Manage and control budgeted fund.
∎ Mobilize Resources from different donors/ funding agencies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Age at most 45 years. Age barrier will be relaxed for experienced incumbent.
∎ Proficiency in English is required.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills with evidence of ability to productively interact with a wide range and levels of organizations.
∎ Strong communications and technical skills.
∎ Practical knowledge on computer operation.

Salary: Tk. 80000 (Monthly)
