Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or HRM or Marketing or Finance
∎ PhD or MPhil in Management/Accounting/Finance/Marketing or MBA from a foreign university. The candidate must have research publications in reputed journals.
∎ University of Dhaka,North South University,American International University Bangladesh,Independent University, Bangladesh,BRAC University students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Academic Administration, teaching
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting and advancing the academic strategy of the school.
∎ Contribute to the overall leadership and management of the school.
∎ Promote and represent the school both internally and externally.
∎ Develop new programmes.
∎ Developing assessment tools, assignment briefs, case studies for learners performance evaluation.
∎ Ensure staff performance management appropriately.
∎ Monitoring and management of the school academic activities including advising.
∎ Undertaking continuous professional development (CPD) and participating in staff training activities;
∎ Teaching course structure or modules plan, delivery, assessment practices, student support, retention etc.
∎ Play a leading role in the school's academic and pastoral care of its students and to the enhancement of their learning, personal development and achievement.
∎ Representing the institution at professional conferences and seminars, and contributing to these as necessary.
∎ Additionally, candidate will also be expected to participate in all activities to be assigned, from time-to-time, by the senior management of BAC International Study Centre.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skill, good work ethics;
∎ Proactive work ethics with the ability to take initiative and ownership of projects;
∎ Ability to meet deadlines and achieve specified results;
∎ Ability to work independently and within a team under minimum supervision;
