Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This multifaceted role includes leadership responsibilities related to planning & managing a new market-entry project, technical and business collaboration across teams, stakeholders and countries. Development of Manufacturing facilities, Go to Market plan for the JV FMCG business, and crafting and leading the Route to Market strategy & execution plan across key markets & channels in Bangladesh. Lead planning and execution of new product development (NPD) and market launch projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, procurement, manufacturing, finance, logistics). Design and implement effective GTM plans for new and existing products. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competition to inform strategies. Align channel partners, distributors, and retail execution with brand objectives. Act as the bridge between leadership, operations, and commercial teams. Present regular updates to management on project and GTM progress. Build partnerships with external vendors, logistics, and channel partners.
