∎ Age at least 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible to lead the entire workshop including Servicing, Administration, Accounts, Marketing, Customer Service etc.
∎ Manage the workshop and ensuring high quality business activities with maximum effort.
∎ Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline workshop operations.
∎ Ensuring the achievement of daily/monthly service target.·
∎ Ensuring customer satisfaction by proper servicing the vehicles.
∎ Evaluate the periodic performance of Engineers/Workers to utilize their effort efficiently.
∎ Increasing corporate customer by proper corporate marketing.
∎ Screening, recruiting and training new Engineers/Workers.
∎ Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
∎ Ensuring and maintaining the renewal of all type of Workshop License and other required govt. documents properly.
∎ Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
∎ Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether it is maintain quality standards.
∎ Ensure that the team understands that the workshop profits and achievements are reflected in all its operations and activities– including relationships and risk management
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when required as per management requirement from time to time.
