Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Key Technical Requirements:
∎ Experience on planning, supervising and leading all repair maintenance, installation activities & utility support to ensure smooth operational activities of the factories.
∎ Experience on preparation of maintenance and Utility budget, track expenses and oversee the budget of Utility & maintenance as the Head of Maintenance.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of utility & production machineries to detect and resolve problem well ahead.
∎ Lead, plan & and implement all types of repair, maintenance and installation activities.
∎ Experience in new machine installations and floor layout planning.
∎ Capable of managing all machineries Preventive, scheduled and breakdown maintenance activities.
∎ Have knowledge and experience on Fire, Electrical and Building safety requirements and activities.
∎ Experience of supervising and executing Electrical, Mechanical & Civil activities.
∎ Working experience on Gas Generator, Boiler , ETP , Fire Hydrant, Fire detection systems, Building Safety etc.
∎ Experience of facing audits of Alliance/ Accord/ Nirapon etc.
∎ Essentials:
∎ Having good IQ.
∎ Having knowledge on computer applications with Auto Cad skills.
∎ A person willing to residing close to Rajendrapur/ Joydevpur area is preferred
∎ Should be able to join immediately.
∎ Behavioral:
