∎ A.T. Haque Ltd. is a reputed & highly regarded business conglomerate is looking for a professional for the position of Head of Transport Management for its corporate office in Dhaka.
∎ The talent we are looking for will be the following expertise:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate & implement manual, policies, procedures, goals and objectives of Transport Department.
∎ Planning, Organizing and Managing a fleet of vehicle like heavy truck, pick up, micro bus, light car etc.
∎ Direct and coordinate activities of vehicle operations in a very systematic & professional manner.
∎ Analyze income, expenditures, profit or loss etc. for maximizing profit and improving services as well.
∎ Prepare expenditure and efficiency report on each individual transport and make comparative analysis to optimize the cost.
∎ Conduct employee training on various technical, non-technical issues related to vehicle management.
∎ Organize & maintain complete history of a fleet of transport such as transport registration number, brand, year of manufacturing/ model, capacity, chassis number, year of purchase, value of transport, users name etc. in the software.
∎ Prepare and submit suggestions to the management for efficient and economical way in managing the transport fleet.
∎ Maintain database of due date of fitness, renewal date of tax token, insurance coverage etc. of all transports and necessary actions to be initiated before the expiry.
∎ Assess and complete necessary repair and maintenance of the transports as and when required.
∎ Should fully be aware about the statutory requirements, laws, by laws and other rules and regulations of BRTA and traffic control department of police administration.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates who doesn't have an Automobile Engineering degree but have commendable work experience in managing the transport department of any reputed organization may also apply in confidence.
∎ The ideal candidate should have sound and practical knowledge in the area of transport management.
∎ Must be knowledgeable about the technical aspects of transport repair and maintenance.
∎ Capable of demonstrating good management skill i.e, supervise, organize and carry out tasks by large number of drivers.
∎ Should be a capable person to manage the transport fleet of the company efficiently with minimum supervision.
∎ Very proactive in nature.
∎ Must be computer literate.
