Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Manufacturing and Quality, Quality Control Management, Total Quality Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluates production operations from a strategic level to ensure that products meet quality, integrity, functionality and other specifications and requirements.
∎ To maintain the global QC standard and data analysis to identify and resolve production quality issues.
∎ Ensuring QMS, MSA, SPC and DOE.
∎ Collaborates with management and senior staff across production departments and roles to draft acceptable quality standards.
∎ Create and develop standards in accordance with industry standards and customer expectations.
∎ Develop Quality Strategy & Plan for improvement to achieve the target.
∎ Assist in continuous improvement activities throughout the business ensuring that problems are prevented and that customer requirements are met.
∎ Make crucial decisions in favor of cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
∎ Assesses test results and approves recommended changes.
∎ Reviews quality control documentation such as checklists, logs and reports for effectiveness, accuracy and relevance.
∎ Schedules and performs quality audits and reports findings to the Honorable Management.
∎ Training and managing production line staff in production practices and quality assessment of products.
∎ Performs any other task assigned by Honorable Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Work experience with of ISO, DIN, JIS etc. standards.
∎ Must have strong knowledge on 7QC Tools, Kaizen, PDCA, Six-Sigma, Lean, TQM, AQL, Fish Bone, Pareto Chart, error elimination etc. types of methodology and quality approach.
∎ Must have experience in fault analysis, nonconformity of process, quality improvement of products by strategical and technical approach.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to train staff.
∎ Thorough understanding of manufacturing and production in the industry.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
∎ Good hand in all types of Quality Management Tools.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
